MetroForge UK Ltd. Is Registered in England and all contracts
will be governed by the laws of England & Wales, whose
courts shall have sole jurisdiction in relation to all matters arising.

All work if not governed by a specific contract is preformed to our standard Terms and Conditions.

Data Protection

MetroForge is registered with the data protection registrar. Any Information give to MetroForge will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be used internally to assist us with helping you our Customer.

Charges

MetroForge is registered in the UK for VAT and as such we have to add VAT at the prevailing rate ( Currently 20%) to all our charges.

Agency’s
From time to time we may use agency’s to search or provide opportunities for us. At no point will we become employees of  said agency’s. MetroForge will usually give notice, pursuant to   regulation 32 of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 “the Regulations” that they do not wish the Regulations to apply.

Insurance
To protect its staff and customers MetroForge carries Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. Copies of these certificates can be provided to prospective clients.
